2. Faulty or Substandard Products
In the event you receive a product that is defective or not functioning as expected, please let us know right away. We take full responsibility for damages that occur during manufacturing or shipping.
- To expedite replacements or refunds, please send us clear images that demonstrate the issue, such as defects or missing parts.
- Take photographs on a flat surface with the product’s tags or flaws prominently displayed.
- Typically, faulty items do not require return for replacements.
Note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
- Accidental damage
- Improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Fading due to sun exposure
- Post-purchase modifications
Be mindful that the 14-day policy also applies here; after this period, replacements or refunds may not be possible.
